Hosanna believes that investing in the health of the nation will in return allow the nation to flourish and prosper. Because of this, Hosanna has operated Kollo Clinic since 2009. The clinic focuses on the care of the mother and children as well as operating a surgery center. The Kollo Clinic is aiming to become one of the premier health and surgery center for Niger. In the year of 2022, the clinic performed over 1289 surgical procedures, attended on average 80-90 live births a month and saw over 100 children a month for malnutrition needs. Kollo Clinic is a beacon of hope that attracts people from the whole region of Kollo and beyond.

Every day at the Kollo Clinic at least 12 babies are born the clinic provides the highest level of care for these mothers with the ability to provide surgery and services that help to ensure the health of both mothers and babies.
